Pet Policy

We understand furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community. Our pet fees help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for your companions. A non-refundable $200 pet fee, a refundable $200 pet deposit, and $45 monthly pet rent is required for each pet. Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply. The Villas at D'Andrea Apartments in Sparks, NV features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom homes for rent. With our fun community events, activities, and laid-back social hours, we’ve created an authentic community atmosphere. Come experience it for yourself.
